TMB focuses on innovation to consolidate the positive trend in 2018
For TMB, the year that is now coming to an end will be characterized by a trend of strong growth, with positive production indices and an expanding turnover, both within the country and on the international markets. Giampaolo Ruffo, CEO of the Verona-based Comac Group, is confident because he can count on a leading Italian Company that is capable of producing a wide range of vacuum cleaners (commercial, professional and industrial), tools, self-service equipment and single disc machines. “During 2017”, he explains, “the Company has shown itself to be particularly dynamic and competitive: the best export results have come from the Middle East area, above all from Persian Gulf countries such as the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. We have also seen encouraging signs from China and India, giving us a glimpse of a good 2018”.
The Verona-based brand also took center stage at the Pulire 2.2 trade fair, where it successfully presented a host of new developments that were met with great interest from operators in the sector. All of the solutions are characterized by their considerable capacity for innovation, utmost attention to ergonomics and a focus on green cleaning. The CEO of TMB takes satisfaction in highlighting the most significant and original features of these models, starting with the new vacuum cleaners. "The Team Line range", he confirms, "introduces a great many innovative concepts not present on traditional vacuum cleaners, and is characterized by an attractive, ergonomic and compact design. It includes models with two – three single and double-stage motor heads, representing latest-generation technology. Each vacuum cleaner is equipped with the ‘Shift & Clean’ system for reverse flow cleaning of the filter, which enables cleaning the filter without opening the machine by taking advantage of the flow of vacuumed air. The elegant tanks are made of stainless steel or plastic with capacities that range from 11 to 50 liters”.
In the TMB stand at Veronafiere, the star of the orbital single disc machine also shone bright on the true flagship of the products made in the modern plant in Via Ca 'Nova Zampieri, in the municipality of San Giovanni Lupatoto, just outside Verona. “The new TP Orbital, unveiled for the first time at the Pulire International Exhibition”, specifies Ruffo, “is a very lightweight and manoeuvrable professional machine, and as such, is also suitable for use by women and does not require any specific training to operate. We developed it with the precise, fully-focused objective of offering cleaning contractors a truly innovative technological solution that is superior to the models currently available on the market. The winning feature of the new TP Orbital, like the other machines in the series, is that it guarantees greater stability and manoeuvrability compared to traditional single disc machines. It has the advantage of offering increased stability and manoeuvrability during every single phase of the surface cleaning operation, even for the most difficult and demanding treatments”. Ruffo continues, “Moreover, we have developed special technology that minimizes vibrations, thus making the work of those who use it more comfortable, ensuring a uniform result over the entire surface of the disc”.
For TMB, the new year is shaping up to be particularly demanding, and will be marked by a number of important challenges, such as the long-awaited appearance of the Company on the great stage of Interclean Amsterdam in the spring. Giampaolo Ruffo, however, remains as optimistic as ever in the knowledge that he can rely on a close-knit team, know-how developed over the years by the Company, and, above all, the great added value of belonging to a family-run Group. “Over the years”, he concludes, “we have succeeded in maintaining a synergistic and united approach to the market, striving to optimize every single production phase to constantly improve the quality, efficiency and longevity of our machines. The future that awaits us will be characterized by ever-greater integration within the Group at every level, in order to increase our strength. We are aware that we have aroused a great deal of interest in the Company, but I can assure all our partners and customers that once again in 2018, we will do our utmost to listen to their needs and continue to earn their trust, always looking forward, driven by the research and development that has enabled us to achieve these significant goals”.
